BRUCE BOLT, LLC Rules for Promotional Sweepstakes
By entering this sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), you agree to abide by these Rules and all
decisions of BRUCE BOLT, LLC regarding the Sweepstakes, which decisions shall be final and binding.
YOU MUST BE 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
Sponsorship. The Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by BRUCE BOLT, LLC, a Texas limited liability company with a primary business address of 10604 Pointe View, Austin, Texas 78738 (“BRUCE BOLT”).
Eligibility.
- The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years or older as of the first day of the Entry Period, defined below.
- The Sweepstakes is void outside of the United States and District of Columbia and where prohibited by law, and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Employees and contractors of BRUCE BOLT, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to win a Giveaway.
- Multiple entries by the same person, entries generated by any automated means, and incomplete, inaccurate, or untruthful entries are not eligible to win the Sweepstakes.
Prizes. The prize to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is the James Outman Silver Batting Gloves (“Prize”). BRUCE BOLT shall have the right to substitute another BRUCE BOLT product of equal or greater value for the Prize. The winner of the Prize (“Winner”) may not exchange the
Prize for a different BRUCE BOLT product.
Drawings.
- A random drawing (“Drawing”) to select the Winner will be held at approximately 10am CST/CDT on 10/14/2025.
- BRUCE BOLT reserves the right to delay the Drawing for any reason without giving prior notice.
- If the first Winner selected is deemed, in BRUCE BOLT’s sole discretion, to be ineligible for the Sweepstakes, BRUCE BOLT shall randomly select a different entrant as the Winner.
- Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries.
Entry Period. The entry period will open at 10am CST/CDT on 10/9/2025 and will close at 11:59pm CST/CDT on 10/12/2025 (“Entry Period”). All eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be entered into the Sweepstakes.
Winner Notification. The Winner will be notified within five (5) business days of the Drawing via text or email (the “Notification”) sent to the phone number or email address provided in the Winner’s entry.
Winner Must Confirm; Failure to Confirm. The Winner must respond to the Notification to provide the requested confirmation and shipping address (collectively, “Confirmation”) within ten (10) business days of the sending date of the Notification. If Winner fails to do so, Winner automatically forfeits their right to receive the Prize, and BRUCE BOLT may, at its sole discretion, choose to randomly select a different entrant to receive the Prize or to forego awarding the Prize.
Shipping. The Prize will be shipped to the Winner within ten (10) days of BRUCE BOLT’s
receipt of the Confirmation. BRUCE BOLT shall pay all shipping costs.
Value; Tax Liabilities.
- The value of the Prize is approximately $100 (One Hundred dollars), excluding sales tax (“Value”).
- The Winner may be required by federal and/or state law to report the Value in federal and/or state income tax returns and may incur a tax liability. The Winner should consult with a tax expert regarding such requirements and liability.
Representations and Warranties. You represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 13 (thirteen) years of age.
- You will abide by these Rules.
- The information you provide when you enter the Sweepstakes is about you and is true and correct information.
- You will not tamper or attempt to tamper with the Sweepstakes in any way.
- Your participation in the Sweepstakes does not violate any law or regulation or any right of any third person.
Release; Limitation of Liability. You agree to release and hold harmless BRUCE BOLT and
each of its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, representatives, agents, and
any other persons and entities associated with BRUCE BOLT or the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, representatives, and
agents (collectively, the “Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of or in any way regarding your participation in the Sweepstakes, your receipt or use of the Prize, your failure to be drawn as a Winner, or, if you are selected as the Winner, your failure to receive the Notification or to provide timely Confirmation, including but not limited to the following, regardless of the cause:
- Incorrect or inaccurate information regarding the Sweepstakes:
- BRUCE BOLT’s failure to receive your entry or Confirmation;
- Your failure to receive the Notification or to timely provide the Confirmation;
- Technical and technological failures of any kind, such as problems with Internet connectivity or transmissions and computer hardware or software malfunctions;
- Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or Sweepstakes;
- Technological or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes;
- Injury or damage to persons or property directly or indirectly caused, in whole or in part, by your participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of the Prize; and
- Any other errors or problems in connection with the Sweepstakes.
Disqualification for Tampering. BRUCE BOLT reserves the right to, in its sole discretion,
disqualify any entrant who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the Sweepstakes in any way. Should such tampering occur, BRUCE BOLT reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.
Privacy. BRUCE BOLT will use the information provided in each entry and Confirmation in
accordance with the BRUCE BOLT Privacy Policy.

Choice of Law. These Rules shall be construed and governed by, and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the United States and of the State of Texas.
