By signing up to receive SMS/MMS text messages from BRUCE BOLT, LLC (“BRUCE BOLT Text Messages”), you agree to be legally bound by these Text Marketing Terms of Service, the BRUCE BOLT Terms of Use and the BRUCE BOLT Privacy Policy, so please read them carefully, and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Representations. By signing up to receive SMS/MMS text messages from BRUCE BOLT ("Text Messages"), you represent and warrant the following:
- You are 13 years of age or older.
- The phone number you provide belongs to you or if, you are under the age of 18, a consenting parent or legal guardian.
- You signing up to receive SMS/MMS text messages does not violate or infringe the rights of any person or entity.
About BRUCE BOLT Text Messages. We will send BRUCE BOLT Text Messages for various purposes, including but not limited to providing updates and notifications about your purchases made through the BRUCE BOLT website (brucbeolt.us) and information about sales, special offerings, sweepstakes and giveaways, and other promotional events.
Discount on First Purchase. Shortly after registering to receive Text Messages, you will receive a Text Message with a coupon for a discount of 10% (10 percent) on the first purchase made at brucebolt.us through the account associated with the email and phone number used when you registered, subject to the following:

Only orders that total at least $0.00 (0 dollars) and no more than $500.00 (500 dollars) prior to the application of sales taxes and shipping costs are eligible for the discount.

You will be responsible for applicable sales taxes and shipping costs.

The coupon will expire on the later of the last day of the current year or 30 days following your registration to receive Text Messages.
Purchases. Receiving BRUCE BOLT Text Messages is not required for purchasing BRUCE BOLT products through any source or purchasing any products through the BRUCE BOLT website.
Frequency. BRUCE BOLT Text Messages will be sent on a recurring basis, the frequency of which may vary.
Opting Out. You may opt out of receiving BRUCE BOLT Text Messages at any time by texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to 42906.
Interruption. Neither BRUCE BOLT nor your service carrier will be liable for delayed or undelivered BRUCE BOLT Text Messages.
Cost. Message and/or data rates may apply to your receipt of BRUCE BOLT Text Messages or you sending messages to us. Contact your service provider for details.
Privacy. We respect your privacy and understand the importance of protecting the personal information you provide to us when you register to receive BRUCE BOLT Text Messages.
