BRUCE BOLT offers our Satisfaction Guarantee, which doesn't necessarily mean that gear won't eventually fail, but instead, if you aren't happy with how long our gear lasted we will make sure to "make it right" for you. All we ask is that our customers understand that we are a small family-owned business TRYING to make the highest quality, best performing and longest-lasting equipment in the game. That said, we aren't perfect which is why we are always striving to "Be Better" and back up our products with AWESOME customer service. We just ask that our customers try to be fair and understanding and we will always try to make you happy that you worked with us and gave us your business.
Last but not least, as you know batting gloves are our main product and it's important to understand that batting gloves don't last forever. Batting gloves wear out faster for some players than they do for others. In fact, we have college and pro players who brag that our gloves last more than 2 weeks, but we also have parents of 12-year-olds that get upset when they don't last for 2 seasons. What we have learned is that everyone has different expectations based on their prior experience. However, it's important to consider that as players grow, they start to sweat more, swing harder, train longer etc. which affects the wear and tear on the gloves. So a 13u or 14u player who used to only go through 1 pair of batting gloves a season may start to go through 4 or 5 pairs of Franklins a season, but only 2 pairs of BRUCE BOLT BGs. The point is that we just ask our players and parents to be reasonable with their expectations and understand that our goal was to make the highest quality and best fitting gloves in the market and that the durability was just a natural extension of that. If our goal was to make "bulletproof" gloves, we would have made them out of Kevlar :).

REFUNDS and SIZE EXCHANGES
We have a 30-day size exchange and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request size exchanges or a refunds. However, for the holidays, starting on November 7, 2022 through December 25th, we will accept requests through January 25th.
To be eligible for a refund or size exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For the fastest delivery, we recommend that you purchase the correct product and we will refund you for the original product as soon as we receive the return.
In most cases, we will simply create a return label and send out the correct size that day. We do this with the expectation that the original product was not used. return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
The fastest way to receive a refund is to contact us at email@example.com. We will immediately issue you a return label. Once we receive and inspect your returned items to make sure they are in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, we will let you know if the return was approved. We’ll also request the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
If you have worn or used the gear, those products are not eligible for a refund or a size exchange. Items that are purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for our Satisfaction Guarantee. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
